This Subscription Agreement clarifies all official subscription rules, available membership plans, billing mechanisms, auto-renewal policies and exclusive member benefits for Kelmov. This agreement applies to all users who purchase any paid subscription service within the application. By completing payment and activating any subscription plan, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms of this agreement.
Kelmov is a paid AI dynamic video creation application that converts user portrait and lifestyle photos into short dynamic videos. All AI video generation functions require standard in-app coin consumption for all users. Subscription membership does not provide free unlimited generation privileges and cannot waive or offset the coin consumption required for video creation. All subscription services are officially processed through Apple In-App Purchase with transparent pricing displayed in the app before payment.
Kelmov requires no account registration or login. All users can use every in-app function anonymously without submitting any personal private data. All image processing, portrait motion rendering and video generation processes are independently completed by Kelmov's self-developed AI system. The application never invokes, relies on or cooperates with any third-party AI algorithms, cloud servers and external technical service providers. Kelmov will never upload, transmit or share users' original photos, creative parameters, cache files and finished video works with any external platforms or third-party institutions. We strictly implement a zero-collection policy for all user facial information and biometric data, and will never collect, analyze or store users' facial feature information under any circumstances.
All auto-renewable subscription plans provided by Kelmov are only available to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their local region are qualified to purchase, manage and renew subscription services. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from purchasing any membership plans within the application.
All subscription plans launched by Kelmov are auto-renewable membership services processed via Apple In-App Purchase. The specific pricing, billing cycle and renewal rules vary by region and are clearly displayed on the in-app purchase page before payment confirmation. Kelmov provides four types of official subscription cycles for users to choose freely:
Users who have purchased valid subscriptions can use the Restore Purchases function in the app to recover membership benefits on devices logged in with the same Apple ID. This function only supports restoring legitimate purchased records and does not support cross-account membership transfer or benefit migration.
All subscription plans enjoy consistent fixed member benefits without tiered differences. It is clearly stated that no subscription package includes free video generation privileges, and all AI creation behaviors still follow the unified coin consumption rules for all users. During the valid membership period, subscribed users are entitled to the following three exclusive benefits:
All subscription plans are enabled with auto-renewal by default after successful purchase. The Apple ID bound payment method will be automatically charged and the membership will be renewed within 24 hours before the current subscription period expires, unless users manually turn off the auto-renewal function at least 24 hours prior to expiration.
Users can independently view subscription status, manage auto-renewal settings and cancel subscriptions at any time through the Apple ID subscription management page in iOS system. After disabling auto-renewal, the existing membership benefits will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refund will be provided for unused membership duration.
All membership privileges and complimentary bonus coins are limited to personal, non-commercial use only. Users are forbidden to resell, rent, share or transfer membership qualifications and bonus coins to any third-party individuals or organizations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user membership access if any irregular usage behaviors are detected.
Kelmov does not collect or store users' payment data, transaction records and personal subscription information. All payment behaviors are independently completed by Apple In-App Purchase. Membership status data are only stored locally on the user's device. Kelmov will never transmit subscription data and user private information to any third-party payment platforms and external institutions.
We reserve the right to appropriately revise and update this Subscription Agreement to adapt to product iteration and service optimization. Updated clauses will be published on the in-app Settings document page and take effect immediately. Continued use of subscription services after policy updates indicates full acceptance of the revised terms. Core privacy protection rules and fixed membership benefits will not be modified arbitrarily.
