Users can capture real-time photos via device camera or select existing portrait and lifestyle photos from the local library, preview images on the creation page, select exclusive portrait motion presets including Natural breath, Facial preserve and Daily micro motion, and complete intelligent video rendering through AI generation. All generated dynamic video works can be previewed, saved to local albums, shared through system channels or deleted locally by users.
Kelmov is a paid application and does not offer unlimited free usage after installation. All core AI video rendering functions require in-app coin consumption, with coin packs and auto-renewable membership subscriptions available for purchase via Apple In-App Purchase, and all pricing is clearly displayed in the App Store and in-app before payment. Each video generation will deduct coins after user confirmation, and fully refund coins for technically failed rendering tasks. No free starter coins are provided, and all video creation requires purchased coin packs or subscription bonus coins. All generated videos are saved locally in the user's personal device library for preview, local saving, sharing and deletion, and Kelmov does not operate public cloud galleries or upload user creations remotely. Users can purchase coin packs or subscribe to auto-renewable memberships, with the Restore Purchases function supporting benefit recovery on identical Apple ID devices and eligible restored subscriptions granting bonus coins once per device. Subscriptions cannot waive standard generation coin fees, and exclusive membership benefits include subscription bonus coins, full gallery saving access and priority customer support, with users able to manage or cancel auto-renewal anytime via iOS Apple ID settings.
Users must use Kelmov in a standardized, legal, and appropriate manner for personal non-commercial creation with legally authorized portrait and lifestyle photos. It is strictly prohibited to upload, generate, save or disseminate pornographic, violent, bloody, discriminatory, illegal or any inappropriate harmful content that violates public order and good customs. Users take full responsibility for all uploaded materials and AI-generated works produced through the app.
Kelmov requires no account registration, identity login and personal information binding of any kind, enabling all users to use all creative functions and application services in a completely anonymous state without actively submitting any private personal data. All local image parsing, portrait motion analysis, dynamic effect rendering and video synthesis generation processes are independently and completely completed by Kelmov's self-developed AI system. The application does not embed, invoke, access or rely on any third-party AI algorithms, external cloud computing servers, remote rendering platforms and other third-party technical service resources throughout all creative and operating links. Kelmov will never upload, transmit, synchronize, forward or share users' original uploaded photos, personalized creative parameter settings, temporary cache files and finished dynamic video works with any external servers, network platforms and third-party institutions. We strictly implement a permanent absolute zero-collection policy for all user facial information and biometric data. Our self-developed AI system only completes overall picture dynamic effect optimization and portrait motion simulation for user photos, and does not perform any active facial detection, facial feature extraction, biometric identification, facial scanning and facial recognition behaviors. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their country or region are qualified to download, install and use this application and all internal free and paid functional services. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing, downloading and using Kelmov and all its creative functions in any form.
All core technical computing, portrait motion rendering, dynamic effect matching and video synthesis technologies of Kelmov are independently researched, developed, operated and maintained by our official internal technical team. The entire AI creative calculation and data processing process runs independently without any participation, assistance and intervention from third-party technical resources. No user uploaded original portrait data, creative parameter information and finished work resources will be transmitted to external networks and third-party servers for auxiliary calculation and storage, fully ensuring the independence, security, confidentiality and privacy of all user creative data.
Kelmov permanently implements a zero-collection, zero-recognition and zero-storage policy for user facial information and biometric data. The app's internal AI generation logic is only oriented to overall picture dynamic effect optimization and portrait motion simulation, and never analyzes, identifies and records user facial feature information. All user uploaded portrait materials are only used to respond to the user's real-time single video creation requirements and will not be retained, cached or reused for other purposes. There is no facial data collection, identification and analysis module built into the application, which completely isolates all risks of facial privacy leakage and fully protects users' portrait data security and personal privacy.
All users shall use Kelmov's creative functions for positive, healthy, legal and compliant personal non-commercial creative activities. Any behavior of using this application to produce, save and disseminate pornographic, violent, bloody, discriminatory, illegal and other inappropriate harmful content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict or permanently terminate the user's in-app usage qualification if any violation of usage specifications is confirmed.
All user uploaded original photos and AI-generated dynamic video works are permanently stored locally on the user's personal device. Kelmov will not automatically back up user creative content to the cloud or synchronize private creative works to any external servers and platforms. Users have absolute independent control authority over all local creative data, and can independently save, share and delete works according to personal needs. Kelmov will never actively collect, obtain or store users' private creative data and portrait information, and will never transmit or share user privacy data with any third-party organizations and individuals.
